Contact and booking forms
When you use our contact form or booking form, we collect your name, email address, and any additional details you choose to provide (such as session preferences or a message). This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your booking.
If you provide a phone number, it is used only to contact you regarding your booking, and only if you have given consent for phone communication.
Newsletter signup
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates, resources, and information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
Booking system
We use Cal.com to manage session bookings. When you book a session, your name, email, and scheduling information are processed through Cal.com. Please refer to Cal.com’s privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
Website analytics
This website does not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics tools that track individual visitors.
How we protect your data
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Form submissions are transmitted securely and stored only as long as necessary to fulfill their purpose.

As we are based in the European Union (Estonia), your data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested or as required by law. Contact form messages and booking information are retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction unless you request earlier deletion.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Cal.com — for session booking and scheduling
- Instagram (Meta) — if you interact with us via social media
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
