pricing & community solidarity
i believe that access to healing should be guided by solidarity and mutual support, rather than just market rates. you shouldn’t have to worry about counting your cents to access somatic coaching, bodywork, or community spaces.
in these current, financially challenging times, i am inspired by the wisdom of Robin Wall Kimmerer regarding the economy of gifts. unlike a scarcity-based market, a gift economy is rooted in reciprocity and the understanding that we are held by a larger economy of life. i practice this generosity because people and life have been abundantly generous to me, and i trust that our collective resources can support the wellbeing of each other.
my pricing model is rooted in these principles of economic justice and solidarity economy, which prioritize accessibility for marginalized communities while maintaining the sustainability of this work.
how it works
my base rate for a 1:1 session (1-1.5 h) is 150 €.
i offer a sliding scale to support neurodivergent and queer folks, students, disabled people, and those with lower-income jobs. this is a trust-based model: you know your financial reality better than i do. there is no need for proof of income. your rate can change in either direction based on shifts in your own economic reality.
- the solidarity rate (75 €-100 €): for those navigating significant financial hardship, having a hard time meeting basic monthly needs, or living on a very limited income. this is your entry point to access the care you need.
- the middle (discount) rate (110 €-150 €): for those with moderate financial stability who can cover their basic needs and want to sustain an ongoing somatic practice.
- the contribution rate (150+ €): for those with higher income and financial security. by choosing to pay at or above the base rate, you are “paying it forward.” your contribution directly sustains this work, ensuring that those in our community facing systemic marginalization can access this care.

my workshops, play, and cuddle parties follow this same solidarity model. when you purchase a ticket, you will see options for discounted, regular, and supporter tickets. please choose the tier that aligns with your current financial capacity.
