honoring our time, space, and labor aka postponing and cancellation policy

when you book a session or buy a ticket for an event, you are reserving a dedicated space in my schedule or in the collective container. because my work is deeply rooted in providing a consistent and stable environment for my neurodivergent and queer clients, these boundaries help ensure i can keep this work sustainable and available for those who need it.

i also understand that life and (mental) health related challenges might add a need for flexibility, especially if you’re neurodivergent and/or chronically ill. so, i try to offer a balanced and equitable agreement to cancellations and postponings.

1:1 somatic coaching and bodywork sessions

each session represents a time-slot held specifically for you. a cancellation means another client was unable to access that time, and postponing requires a bit of extra logistical care to reorganize.

  • postponing: if you need to reschedule, you can do so if the new session occurs within the next 7-day period (e.g., if your original session was on the 1st, your new session must happen by the 8th). there is no extra charge for that.
  • cancellation (more than 48 hours notice): i offer a 70% refund.
  • cancellation (24 to 48 hours notice): i offer a 35% refund. in addition to helping my income stay consistent, these partial refunds help cover the fixed costs of the room rent in Tallinn.
  • cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or no-show: i am unable to offer a refund.
  • i abide by the same agreements, meaning that: if i have to postpone with less than 24 hours’ notice and i don’t have availability to see you in the next 7 days, i will offer you a full refund.

events and workshops

each ticket represents a held place in a limited-space event. to honor the work behind the scenes and the accessibility of the space for others, i do not offer monetary refunds for event tickets.

  • emergencies: if you have a health-related or personal emergency, please reach out before the event begins. in these cases, i can transfer your registration as a pre-payment for the next event.
  • commitment: please treat your registration with the same care as any other commitment. this allows me to keep hosting these events and make the space available for those who need it.
  • trust: last minute cancellations, no-shows, postponings (for 1:1 sessions), or being late will decrease your chances of future participation.

by registering for a session or event, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. thank you for honoring the dignity of my work and the needs of our communities.
